KeyEvent

Struct KeyEvent

Source
pub struct KeyEvent {
    pub key: Key,
    pub pressed: bool,
    pub mods: Modifiers,
}
Expand description

A change in one key’s state, with the modifiers held after the change.

Fields§

§key: Key

The physical key.

§pressed: bool

true on press, false on release.

§mods: Modifiers

Modifiers held after this event was applied.

Implementations§

Source§

impl KeyEvent

Source

pub fn action(&self) -> Option<Action>

The action this event triggers: None for releases and for keys that only act as modifiers.

Fn takes precedence over Shift, matching the Cardputer’s printed orange legends. Ctrl, Alt and Opt don’t change the resolved action; read them from mods for shortcuts.

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Clone for KeyEvent

Source§

fn clone(&self) -> KeyEvent

Returns a duplicate of the value. Read more
1.0.0 (const: unstable)§

fn clone_from(&mut self, source: &Self)

Performs copy-assignment from source. Read more

impl Debug for KeyEvent

Source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more
Source§

impl Format for KeyEvent
where Key: Format, Modifiers: Format,

Source§

fn format(&self, f: Formatter<'_>)

Writes the defmt representation of self to fmt.
Source§

impl PartialEq for KeyEvent

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &KeyEvent) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0 (const: unstable)§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
