ST7789V2 LCD on SPI, write-only (3-wire, no MISO).

Constants§

BL: Backlight enable / PWM. Also gates power to the RGB LED.
CS: Chip select, active low.
DC: Data/command select.
MOSI: SPI MOSI.
RST: Reset, active low.
SCK: SPI clock.
